About us

Together Razem – Together 4 Ukraine
Together 4 Ukraine HUB is the biggest project of Together Razem.
The Ukrainian HUB was established on May 10, 2022.

Our mission is to deliver efficient services that enhance the living conditions of Ukrainians and Eastern and Central European migrants in Ireland. We provide information on Ireland’s comprehensive social welfare and healthcare systems. We offer an advocacy clinic, psychotherapeutic assistance and legal and social advice. Over the past year, we have faced a severe humanitarian crisis. The level of solidarity and humanitarian aid directed at the borders with Ukraine is heart-warming. However, the following challenges are to support the Ukrainian community in Ireland by organising integration programs and to support the incoming refugees. Together 4 Ukraine HUB organises activities aimed at helping individuals and families to strengthen or regain their ability to function in society. Our Together 4 Ukraine Hub offers an easily accessible city centre location, serving as the first point of contact for incoming Ukrainians in Cork and the entire Munster region. As the initial point of contact for new immigrants, we provide information about the services and resources that are available to them in their new community. Ukrainian refugees can access our services:
  • One-to-one support service,
  • Language classes,
  • Employment support,
  • Social advice,
  • Women Support Programmes,
Older people peer support group (Babusi-Didusi Razem Group),
  • Our Ukrainian Support Worker providing:
  • one-to-one support service,
  • making phone call for a client,
  • writing email on behalf of the client,
  • filling the form,
  • provision of information,
  • translation,
  • sending person to another service,
  • referral registration to Social Inclusion Psychology service and English classes,
  • bringing client to the doctor,
  • signing up for a school,
  • attended network meetings,
  • events ( Cork City Zoom, UCC, workshops, other events,
  • groups meetings in congregated spaces with HSE In-Reach. Visits and provide interpretation and accompanied service to the Hospital, GP, School, Citizen information, and others.
By serving as a first point of contact for new immigrants, our Hub also helps streamline the integration process and ensures that newcomers can access the resources and support they need to thrive. This can help reduce the stress and anxiety that often accompany the process of settling into a new country, and can help ensure that Ukrainian refugees can build successful and fulfilling lives in their new home.
